The back of our garden is at a huge angle so wanted something bespoke to utilise the space the best we could. We contacted Kent cabin craft centre and Karl attended the site survey. He suggested a Bespoke design that would give us the opportunity to make use of the space. We worked together with Kent cabins until we were totally happy with the design, shape, size and roof type. The cabin was delivered by HIAB onto our driveway. I then had three lads attend to build the cabin. Connor, Callum and Aiden. They were really helpful and explained what was happening throughout the construction. I chose my own electrician who worked alongside Kent cabins throughout the build and the guys were more than accommodating. We are all so happy with our cabin. A place to enjoy for all the family. We had a 7 x 3m combined cabin/shed built. The service from the start was excellent. Karl came and measured up and spent time discussing designs. He then patiently sent through designs for us to review and amend to get exactly what we wanted. Once we had the design ordering was seamless and Karl kept us updated on delivery times. The team of Callum, Conor and Aiden then set about building the base in preparation so as soon as the cabin arrived they were ready to go and had it to roof height in a day. The company introduced us to an excellent electrician, Jake Rye, who was exceptional. He took time to discuss the best root for the electric cable from the house to the cabin and worked some long hours to get it all connected. His work was very tidy and the finished product very neat. The company also introduced us to Liam for the Wi-Fi services and another great guy, who took the time to explain about the system and also massively improved our existing system. The total package from start to finish has been excellent, Karl kept us updated and Callum, Conor and Aiden worked tirelessly in all weathers to get the job done to an exceptional standard. Having been massively impressed with the quality and standard of the products and work, I have asked the team to design a deck and step for the front of the cabin. I have had a dream of building my own home gym for years, and when my girlfriend and I finally moved into our first place with a garden, it went straight to the top of my list. That said, like most things, it was not as simple as I expected. We spent months searching for bases, cabin makers, builders, electricians, the lot. From the moment I reached out, when the cabin was nothing more than an idea, they talked me through everything. They even helped with stuff they were not contracted to do. The time, care, and professionalism they showed was on another level. I asked these guys questions for months. Proper pestering. Not once did I feel like a burden. They were patient, clear, and genuinely helpful every step of the way, never forceful or pushy. On build day they turned up early, were polite, and seriously professional. They worked non stop, explained what they were doing, pointed out important bits, answered every question, and were an absolute pleasure to have around the house. This was a big financial purchase for me and my biggest worry was getting it done right. I could not have been in safer hands. These guys are experts and I could not recommend them more. If you are thinking about a cabin, go with them. One final note. A lot of cabin companies claim their cabins are DIY and can be built in a day. Mine was from Dunster. That is simply not true. These guys had three skilled tradesmen on site working flat out from first light until dark to get this done properly. I had this company build two cabins, which were joined together to live in while having a house built. I cannot praise them enough, their attention to detail and dedication was just 'wow'! My move all happened literally at the very last minute, just before Christmas last year, so I was desperate to have somewhere to live at very short notice. These two young men exceeded all expectations, even working late on Christmas eve to make sure I was water tight and warm.
